XFL Week 6 Special Teams Power Rankings; An Abridged Breakdown

We had a wonderful week of Special Teams Performances. The issue? I had 3 days to write this article. Let's discuss that;

Kickers

Kickers had their best week, going 14/16 on field goals (87.5%). There were also 4 field goals made over 50+ yards. Let's discuss how each of the Kickers performed with a look at my (un)Official Week 6 XFL Kicker Power Rankings;

Working top-down;

  1. John Parker Romo (SA) was 3/3 on field goals this week, making attempts from 29 yards, 45 yards, and 46 yards (This highlight has an interview attached that I recommend watching).

  2. Dominik Eberle (SEA) had his best week yet and proved he deserves a spot in the Top 2 after going 4/4 on field goals. He was good from 37 yards, 27 yards (x2), and hit his first 50+ yard field goal with this 54-yard frisbee kick!

  3. Matthew McCrane (DC) went 3/4 on the night, missing from 37 yards (Likely due to a bad snap). He redeemed himself with this 34-yarder, this 32-yarder, and this 50-yard field goal!

  4. Taylor Russolino (ARL) was 1/2 this week missing one from 36 yards away, but nailed this 53-yard field goal to redeem himself!
